Job Description
- Support in the printing and archiving of documentation related to human resource administration and process coordination
- Support in the archiving and delivery of employment certificates to the employees
- Support in forming and maintaining employee records
- Support for internal database updates
- Updating databases internally
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related inquiries and administrative inquiries
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Economic, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Social Sciences or similar field of study
- Basic understanding of overall HR processes
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Advanced level of English language
