Join Us as a Junior HR Generalist – Novi Sad (Full-time, On-site)

We’re hiring a Junior HR Generalist who’s organized, proactive, and people-focused, someone who’s ready to support the full HR cycle, take initiative, and grow in a hands-on role that blends HR, office support, and admin tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing HR documentation: contracts, offer letters, annexes
• Keeping employee records organized and up to date
• Helping with day-to-day office tasks and general admin coordination
• Answering employee questions and directing them to the right info
• Helping plan team events, workshops, and learning sessions
• Supporting employee engagement and learning & development initiatives
• Assisting with employer branding activities (especially LinkedIn presence)
• Learning HR tools, processes, and best practices through active participation
• Supporting HR and management teams on projects

What We’re Looking For

• Have a completed university degree (any background that supports HR understanding)
• Speak and write English fluently
• Have 1–2 years of experience in HR, admin, or office roles
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Have a positive, proactive mindset and enjoy helping others
• Are curious about HR and want to keep learning
• Can juggle several tasks without feeling overwhelmed
• Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
• Want a clear structure, but also space to contribute
