We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate (HRBP Support) to join their Human Resources team for Southeast Europe. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a dynamic, regional team. The role is based in Belgrade and involves collaboration across different markets within the SEE region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in various HR functions across the SEE region
- Assist in HR administration tasks, including employment documentation and personnel records
- Support recruitment processes: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and internal communications
- Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner and other team members on regional HR projects
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee training and development activities
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or similar roles
- Solid understanding of HR administrative tasks, recruitment, payroll processes, and employer branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Initiative-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR software solutions is an added advantage
