We are looking for:

HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR support and consultancy to leadership within dedicated teams
• Act as a strategic partner in business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Identify and mitigate HR-related risks within assigned teams
• Serve as a single point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related topics
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across various seniority levels
• Oversee the performance management process and support team leaders during performance appraisals
• Handle conflict resolution, assess organizational health, and monitor employee satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to improve employee engagement and retention
• Manage salary budget planning, compensation, and benefits for assigned teams
• Identify training needs and organize, monitor, and evaluate training programs
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Lead and participate in HR and engagement initiatives (team buildings, employee events, etc.)
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports to ensure data accuracy
• Update and revise HR and company policies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

About you

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes (recruitment, performance management, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, L&D, compensation & benefits)
• Solid business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good understanding of Serbian Labor Law
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine people-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within HR, IT, and business domains
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office

It would be a plus if you have

• Previous experience in the IT industry and understanding of the Serbian IT market
• Hands-on HRBP experience with teams of 50–100 employees
• Experience in HR reporting and KPI tracking
