For our client, an international company with a strong presence in Serbia, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team and provide support to both management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with managers and employees, ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes, especially for operational roles.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
- Provide guidance in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and labor law compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, onboarding, and training initiatives across different functions.
- Contribute to HR projects, organizational transformation, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, HRBP, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of interpersonal relationships.
- Consulting skills with the ability to provide guidance and support in problem-solving.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, proactive, and energetic, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
