Player Support is a global company with an office located in Belgrade in Serbia, and we help video game companies build trust with players and partners by resolving player requests, improving player experiences, and supporting live game operations

We’re currently on the look out for our next  HR Coordinator! This entry-level position is a perfect opportunity to learn about HR processes and operations.  

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Recruitment process by job posting, reviewing resumes, performing screening calls, and scheduling interviews 
  • Maintain employee and candidate database in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintenance of employee records and HR documents for detailed record-keeping, and local compliance requirements 
  • Asset Management (handing out equipment, documentation, account generation)
  • Plan and coordinate engagement events and satisfaction surveys
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for employees when necessary
  • Collaborate with leadership to encourage strong employee engagement
  • Help the company innovate on internal processes to make it a great work environment 

Requirements:

  • C1 English language level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Experience with basic software (i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Internet research)
  • Ability to work from home (good internet connection, secure and quiet work space)
  • Great interpersonal skills 
  • Great attention to detail

Nice to have:  

  • Passion for gaming 
  • Interest in Social Media and content creation 
  • Previous experience in organizing events
