We are looking for an experienced and strategically oriented HR Director to act as a key partner to the management team and contribute to the further development of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
  • Act as an advisor and strategic partner in making key decisions related to human capital
  • Oversee employee relations and foster a positive and respectful workplace culture
  • Create, manage, and monitor the HR budget, including payroll and benefits cost control
  • Establish and maintain a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits policy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
  • Build and enhance the performance management system to effectively monitor employee productivity
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to improve skills and address performance gaps
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the organizational structure in line with business needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including the Labor Law, Health and Safety regulations, and the Law on Employment of Foreign Nationals

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior HR management roles (preferably within the hospitality or service industry)
  • Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and proactivity
  • Fluency in English
