We have partnered with Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, a family-owned and internationally operating pharmaceutical company. Wörwag Pharma specializes in the development and marketing of biofactor-based preparations available exclusively in pharmacies. Their portfolio includes prescription drugs, OTC products, and supplements, with a therapeutic focus on diabetic comorbidities, neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and immune system support.
In order to support their business expansion, we are looking for motivated candidates for position HR Generalist.
Key responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Maintenance
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, health & safety, termination, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records in SuccessFactors and local personnel files.
- Oversee payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation flow.
- Resolve employee inquiries and grievances.
- Track and report local HR metrics, analyze trends, and collaborate with HR BP to develop solutions.
- Support management and employees to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Identify and monitor employee development needs and ensure program success
Local Policies Development:
- Develop, communicate, and administer HR policies and internal regulations.
- Ensure HR policies comply with local legal regulations.
- Align with HR BP for new policy implementation or updates.
Global Initiatives Implementation:
- Maintain knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate local implementation of global HR programs and policies.
- Administer global HR processes (e.g., target setting, performance management, compensation review).
- Participate in global and regional HR projects
Consulting on Labor Law and People Solutions
- Provide guidance to local managers on employee and labor relations issues.
- Support employees with HR-related queries and requests.
- Monitor changes in local labor laws and market practices, liaising with local authorities as needed.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop contracts for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assess and address risks and gaps, ensuring alignment with company values and strategy.
Business Partnering:
- Support local business leaders in driving high performance through talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention strategies.
Ideal Profile:
- University degree (social studies, law, psychology, etc.).
- 3-5 years of HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, with a proven HR Generalist background.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR administration, and payroll processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and a proactive team player.
- Ability to align business needs with HR initiatives.
- Focused on operational and tactical aspects, with a willingness to develop strategically.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
