
HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently managing all operational and developmental HR processes
- Overseeing full HR administration and employment law–related matters
- Actively participating in the recruitment and selection of IT professionals
- Developing and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting managers in performance evaluations, PIP processes, and team development
- Identifying workforce-related risks and proposing mitigation measures
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
- Preparing HR reports and analyses for management needs
- Contributing to the improvement of organisational culture and employee experience
- Cooperating with external partners (legal advisors, accounting, consultants)
Required Qualifications:
- University degree (Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles
- Advantage: experience in an IT or technology-driven company
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and processes
- Experience working closely with management and handling sensitive HR situations
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- High level of professional ethics, discretion, and accountability
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Strong operational execution
- Ability to work independently
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing IT environment
- Experience working with HR tools and systems (platforms, HRIS)
