HR & Legal Specialist

Location: Belgrade | Workload: Full-time (8h daily, with 1 day of remote work per week)

MG Group is hiring! Our client is a successful international company operating in retail and distribution. Due to business growth, we are looking for an HR & Legal Specialist – a professional who will combine HR administration and legal support, and play a key role in daily operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting and issuing employment contracts (including bilingual contracts) and decisions (annual leave, contract amendments, etc.)
• Maintaining working time records, absence management, and preparing data for payroll
• Administering employee data in SAP and ensuring accuracy of payroll documentation
• Employee registration/deregistration in CROSO (government system)
• Organizing onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, IT setup, exit documents)
• Preparing documents for employee promotions, changes, and internal movements
• Ensuring HR procedures are aligned with Labor Law (Serbia & North Macedonia)
• Cooperating with the company lawyer and HR Manager on legal and HR-related matters
• Preparing monthly HR reports, census, and recruitment dashboards
• Coordinating health & safety trainings (first aid, H&S compliance)

What we expect:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration (preferably in retail or tech-retail sector)
• Solid knowledge of Serbian Labor Law and employment legislation
• Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting)
• Experience with SAP is a plus (training will be provided if needed)
• Advanced English (C1/C2 – CVs must be submitted in English)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
• Positive energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
