Position outline:
- Hybrid work structure (in-office and remote flexibility)
- First shift working hours
- Manage job postings, candidate selection, and interview processes
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new employees
- Coordinate and monitor payroll and compensation activities
- Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture
- Communicate effectively with senior management on HR matters
- Lead and implement various HR initiatives and programs
- Organize and track performance review processes
- Communicating with external partners
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave, sick days, and absences
- Other supporting assignments as directed by the supervisor
Required skills and characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving
- Positive and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated efficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- The right to work in Serbia without limitations of any kind
