The HR Specialist ensures a seamless administrative experience for employees by managing the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring legal compliance. Their mission is to optimize and automate P&C processes, establish best practices, and provide timely and accurate support across the organization.

This is a fixed-term contract until the end of the year, covering a maternity leave.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing of employee’s documentation (payroll related documents, contracts, work permissions, expense reports, sick leaves, etc.).
  • Managing employee’s social insurance through the CROSO system and updating employee data into relevant databases.
  • Handling all administrative aspects along the entire employee life cycle.
  • Developing and upholding P&C policies and procedures while ensuring comprehensive employee understanding through education initiatives.
  • Continuously improving efficiency, automation, and self-service of P&C processes.
  • Continuously improving the employee experience by contributing to team projects.
  • Most importantly, you will be the first point of contact for employees for all P&C topics and our culture ambassador throughout the organization.

Your skills

  • You preferably have experience managing administrative processes.
  • You are familiar with the main aspects of Serbian labor law.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in project management and have an affinity for digital tools.
  • Knowledge of the SuccessFactors, Zendesk, Abacus, Confluence or Jira applications is a plus.
  • Your ability to adapt quickly to change and reorganize priorities when necessary is what sets you apart.
  • You question the status quo and are open to trying out new things. In addition, you have the will to develop yourself further and think beyond your area of responsibility.
  • You understand how important people experience is in this role and you have capabilities to provide the great one.
  • You have strong attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills in English and communicate proactively.
