HR Specialist

From managing recruitment and onboarding processes to supporting employee growth and engagement, you’ll contribute to creating a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and purpose drive everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the selection and recruitment processes, specifically in creating job ads, reviewing applications, sending pre-selection questionnaires to candidates, reviewing questionnaires, participating in initial job interviews, and creating job offers.
• Participating in communication with external recruitment agencies, assisting in visa applications, and obtaining work permits for foreigners.
• Assisting in onboarding processes, communicating with future employees, assisting in finding accommodation, and organizing the arrival of new employees.
• Assisting in monitoring and managing contracts and annexes for production employees, tracking competency matrices, documenting completed training, and maintaining employee files.
• Managing the candidate database, updating the employee database, and assisting in tracking employee attendance records.
• Monitoring changes in the organizational chart and updating it accordingly.
• Managing social media platforms: LinkedIn and Instagram.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ year of experience in Human Resources.
• Graduated faculty – orientation of organizational science (or related field)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English
