We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join Julius Meinl team on a fixed-term, part-time basis.
The HR Specialist will support both operational and administrative HR processes, working closely with local Finance Manager and Regional HR.
Scope of Responsibilities
- Payroll input preparation and coordination with the external payroll provider (monthly and year-end activities);
- Administration of employment contracts (preparation, extensions, terminations);
- Support with employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, temporary contracts, maternity leaves);
- Maintenance of HR data in SuccessFactors and preparation of reports;
- Coordination of compliance-related tasks and HR documentation in line with local labor laws;
- Support for performance development processes and employee engagement activities
- Budget and forecast preparation/calculation;
- Communication with external agencies and government bodies for HR matters;
- Assistance with HR projects and audits;
- Budget and forecast preparation/calculation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in operational HR roles;
- Familiarity with Serbian labor law (Hungarian and Bulgarian labor law knowledge is an advantage);
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
