About us:

Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Attraction
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment platforms and forums, social media, etc.
- Effectively understand and communicate new roles, as well as put together job descriptions.
Screening & Selection
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Provide recruitment reports to the management team.
Employee Relations & Workplace Management
- Managing internal staff relations, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Ensuring staffing levels of supervised personnel are maintained for effective execution of the assigned scope of work.
Additional Duties
- Support our Head of HR in planning, implementing, and improving HR methods and processes.
- Involvement in different HR/Recruitment projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum University degree – preferred in social sciences (psychology, sociology, pedagogy, human resource management…).
- Experience in the field of Human resources preferred.
- Strong organizational skills for mass recruitment.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovative and proactive approach.
- Team spirit and positive, flexible approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
