HSE Manager

For our client, successful international company, Adecco is searching for proactive, dynamic and motivated person to strengthen their team and fulfil the following position based in Belgrade.

Required qualifications and skills:

• University Degree in a technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HSE field, preferably in international environment
• Certified Licence in HSE and Anti-Fire Protection

Key Accountabilities:

• Regular follow up the current legislation and introduction of any new laws re HSSE issues
• Organize and provide training to employees and associates as requested by local management
• Run risk assessment sessions with the management team
• Gather, investigate and analyze the near miss or accident reports
• Follow up the Management system provided and gather the relevant documentation to support the evaluation

FIRE PROTECTION:

• Organization of fire protection measures, for all assets according to the regulations
• Coordination with the competent authorities for the purpose of drafting and receiving the fire police's approvals and licenses
• Control of the implemented measures
• Organizing, collecting and submitting documentation on performed fire checks
• Control of enforcement of fire protection measures prescribed by the competent authorities and communications with them.

WATER MANAGEMENT:

• Monitoring the expiry of water management permits
• Implementation of activities on extension of expired water management permits
• Control of the implementation of the measures prescribed by the competent authorities and communication with them

ECOLOGY:

• Coordination with competent authorities and designers in order to design (where needed) and obtain a study on environmental impact assessment

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY:

• Aligns the Risk Assessment Act with the current situation
• Exercise control and advice to the employer in the planning, selection, use and maintenance of work tools, hazardous materials and personal protective equipment and equipment
• Participate in equipping and arranging the workplace in order to ensure safe and healthy working conditions
• Organize preventive and periodic testing of working environment conditions
• Organize preventive and periodic inspections and testing of work equipment
• Proposes measures to improve working conditions, especially in the workplace with increased risk
• Monitor and control the implementation of measures for the safety and health of employees at work
• Monitor the situation with injuries at work and occupational diseases, as well as diseases related to work, participate in the identification of their causes and prepare reports with proposals for measures for their elimination, fill in the injury lists and certify them in the competent social fund;
• Prepares instructions for safe operation and controls their implementation,
• Co-operate with and coordinate work with the occupational health service on all issues in the field of occupational safety and health,
• Keep records in the field of safety and health at work with the employer
• Preventively visits the facilities of the Service User and reports on the safety and health of employees

• Fluent in written and spoken English language
• Good computer skills (Excel, PPT)
