Responsibilities

• Test products in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
• Verify that materials, products, and services meet technical specifications and internal quality standards.
• Support quality analysis and inspection activities.
• Perform measurements and testing on lighting products and related equipment.
• Analyze test and measurement results and prepare detailed documentation (e.g., test reports, bug tracking, CB reports).
• Own the approval process for new product development (NPD).
• Continuously improve existing test and measurement procedures and guidelines.
• Manage measurement equipment, including calibration and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with standardization and certification managers, project managers, customers, and other Tridonic/Zumtobel locations.
• Conduct employee training in line with the competence and training matrix.

Skills & Experience

• Completed Higher Technical College, Professional Bachelor Program, Degree Program at a technical university in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in measurement and testing technology as well as project and test management.
• Strong technical and physical understanding combined with an analytical and structured approach.
• Ideally, knowledge or interest in EMC, Safety & Performance Standards
• Good command of English and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Open-minded, flexible personality with a precise and structured working style.
• MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to travel, especially in the initial training period
