For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player-
favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – iGaming Agent Lead with English (day/night shifts).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and handling absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues;
- Drive team performance, contributing to organizational goals through training and development initiatives;
- Regularly coach and mentor team members, fostering personal and professional growth;
- Ensure all services align with company values, policies, procedures, and KPIs;
- Foster teamwork by supporting communication and organizing regular team meetings;
- Identify team and individual learning needs and collaborate with the training department to address them.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in iGaming or Live Casino;
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict management abilities;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Proficient in Office 365 and other essential software;
- Willingness to work in shifts – day and night;
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- A degree in Management is a plus and previous experience in iGaming or Live Casino is a plus.
