It also owns two mills in Feketić and Zrenjanin, as well as a retail and wholesale distribution network.

Job Description:
- Represent the company before courts and other public authorities in all types of proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and prepare documentation in the field of corporate law.
- Draft general and internal legal acts.
- Draft, review, and interpret all types of contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive legal documentation related to employment and labor relations.
- Handle property and real estate–related legal matters.
- Collaborate and communicate with all company departments, acting on their requests.
- Communicate with external partners and institutions.
- Participate in company projects by providing legal support.
Candidate Profile:
- Law degree, with successfully passed Judicial and Bar Examinations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience after passing the Judicial Examination, particularly in legal representation.
- Strong and practical knowledge of corporate, labor, and contract law, as well as property and real estate law.
- Proven experience in representing clients before courts and public authorities in all types of proceedings.
- Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Category B driving license (active driver).
