The Role: Inbound Sales Specialist

Be the front-line closer: Handle inbound leads, outbound follow-ups and phone sales to secure new clients, book appointments and drive revenue in multiple service lines. Ideal for high-energy, drive to win candidates who excel in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Capture Inbound Leads: Respond to calls/messages, qualify prospects and convert them into bookings for field inspectors.
• Close Phone Sales: Use persuasive tactics to upsell packages, overcome objections and seal deals.
• Schedule & Follow Up: Book inspections efficiently, ensure real-time coordination and nurture for repeat business.
