Industrial Engineer

Role Description 

As an Industrial Engineer, analyse the work organization of machines, people and materials, and optimal use of these systems, monitor production processes and optimize production processes.

Main responsibilities: 

• Establish and define standard cycle times and machine operation units.
• Set labor and production rate standards to optimize performance.
• Develop and implement efficient work methods and procedures.
• Design and organize ergonomic and functional workstations and plant layouts.
• Analyze and enhance material flow across production lines.
• Evaluate and assess the financial impact of process changes.
• Calculate and evaluate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead or support process improvement and optimization projects.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).

Requirements: 

• VI/VII degree of education (Mechanical Engineering, Technical-Technological Engineering) 
• Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Advanced Autocad skills
• Desirable SAP skills (specifically GP3 module)
• Advanced English language skills 
• Team spirit 
• Adaptability, agility, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines
