Job description:

• Ensure production safety and maintain compliance with 6S standards
• Oversee daily production operations, workforce organization, and achievement of performance targets
• Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of production, adapting processes to meet new project requirements
• Coordinate and manage production costs, taking full responsibility for budgeting and efficiency
• Develop and implement cost-reduction plans and initiatives
• Lead overall production organization and promote the implementation of company culture and values

Requirements:

• University degree (VII level of professional qualification)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
