As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, driving sales, scheduling appointments, and fostering long-term client loyalty. You’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications, ensuring every client feels valued while promoting our services to fuel business growth. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and loves delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage Clients: Field inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/messages to schedule appointments for US-based field inspectors and route managers.
  • Drive Sales & Retention: Promote service enhancements, identify sales opportunities, and foster exceptional client outcomes to boost retention.
  • Ensure Seamless Operations: Perform scheduling and service delivery tasks with precision, supporting real-time job completion.
  • Fuel Growth: Actively contribute to company growth initiatives by upselling services and nurturing client relationships.
  • Deliver Empathy & Efficiency: Understand client needs with a keen sense of empathy, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English (US) with excellent written, spoken, and comprehension skills.
  • A multitasking pro who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Empathetic and detail-oriented, with a knack for understanding client needs.
  • Experienced in field service operations, client sales, or customer success (B2C experience is a plus!).
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, enjoys taking initiative and achieving tangible results.
