Integrated Logistics & Security Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for two reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Video Surveillance Operators. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong focus, a high level of responsibility, and excellent English communication skills, as daily communication with drivers and other staff will be required. While the primary role is monitoring surveillance cameras in facilities, the position also includes responsibilities related to Truck & Trace operations in a trucking/logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary duty: Real-time monitoring of surveillance camera feeds across multiple facility locations
• Supervise workers during their shifts via surveillance systems
• Monitor trucks and vehicle-installed cameras
• Promptly respond to any unusual activity or system alerts, and report incidents as needed
• Oversee alarm systems and escalate emergency situations to appropriate personnel
• Assist in Truck & Trace operations
• Track vehicle routes and delivery progress:
• Maintain communication with drivers to provide support and resolve issues in real-time
• Update internal systems with tracking and status information

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — strong verbal communication is essential for driver and team interaction
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (first, second, and third shift)
• High attention to detail and ability to stay alert during extended monitoring sessions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with surveillance software and camera systems
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in video surveillance monitoring and working with security systems
• Experience in Truck & Trace operations within the trucking or logistics industry is a plus

• This is a full-time, on-site position
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work all three shifts on a rotation basis
