Integration Analyst

The Integration Analyst supports the design, delivery and on-going management of integrations across the Cilents Salesforce ecosystem and connected enterprise systems.  This role will be supported by Integration Lead to support API-based integrations using MuleSoft and Workato, helping translate business requirements, supporting builds, testing and documentation and operational monitoring.

Primary Responsibilities:

Integrations Analysis & Support

• Partner with the Integration Lead to gather and document integration requirements, translate business processes into technical specifications, and support integration design and configuration using MuleSoft and Workato. Assist with API analysis, data mapping, and error handling

Build, Test & Deploy Support

• Support integration development through configuration, testing, deployment, and UAT validation, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability across integrated systems

Operational Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor integrations and APIs to identify issues, perform first-level troubleshooting, support incident resolution and root cause analysis, and maintain operational runbooks and documentation

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain integration documentation, ensure compliance with governance and security standards, support audit requirements, and contribute to reusable integration patterns and templates.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, data stewards, project managers, and business analysts to align integration solutions with business needs, support migrations to Salesforce cloud, and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in systems integrations, business systems analysis or technical analyst roles
• Experience working with API’s, web services and data integrations (familiarity with Salesforce data models and Salesforce API’s)
• Hands-on experience configuring MuleSoft or Workato integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) is preferred
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts, 3 pm - 11 pm / 4 pm - 00 am, Monday - Friday
