We are looking for a motivated Intermediate Equipment Engineer to join our team in Šabac. In this role, you will support daily maintenance and improvement of production equipment, help reduce downtime, and ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze equipment failures and assist in improvement activities
  • Support preventive maintenance and spare parts planning
  • Cooperate with suppliers and internal teams to solve equipment issues
  • Participate in installation and testing of new machines
  • Ensure equipment complies with safety and legal standards
  • Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of equipment management and production processes
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory 
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
