Job Description
►Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and campaigns
►In cooperation with Internal Communication Specialist you will create and distribute engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, emails, and internal platforms
►Support the organization and execution of internal events and activities, such as town halls, visits, employee engagement initiatives...
►Collaborate with various departments to gather and share important updates and information
►Assist in the management and maintenance of internal communication tools and platforms
►Supporting Employer Branding initiatives and events
Qualifications
►Final year or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
►Strong written and verbal communication skills, both Serbian and English
►Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
►Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
►Ability to work independently and as part of a team
