Adriatic Bank JSC Belgrade is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as an
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS’ RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing ones and providing high-quality support in the use of the Bank’s products and services.
Location: Belgrade
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous acquisition of new clients and proactive servicing of existing clients based on their identified financial needs;
- Administration and processing of client requests for the opening of RSD and FX (current and savings) accounts, payment cards and digital services
- Providing ongoing client support during both the onboarding and post-sale phases, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
- Performing all related administrative and operational tasks in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation;
- Collaborating with other organizational units within the Bank to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery;
- Ensuring compliance with the assigned budget and regularly reporting to the line manager.
- Actively contributing to the promotion and cross-selling of the Bank's products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluency or advanced proficiency in the Russian language;
- Previous experience in banking or a similar client-facing role;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
