International Recruiter (Spanish & English Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for Spanish-speaking markets, primarily Spain and Latin America.

This role is based in Serbia and is focused on hiring for international teams across sales, operations, administration, and support functions. You will work closely with management and be fully responsible for recruitment outcomes, timelines, and candidate quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, offers)
• Recruit candidates for Spain and Latin American markets
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and direct outreach
• Conduct interviews in Spanish and English
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/CRM systems
• Ensure vacancies are closed within agreed time-to-fill targets
• Provide regular recruitment reports and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and priorities
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) – mandatory
• Fluent Spanish (C1) – mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience recruiting in Spain or Latin America
• Strong experience with international hiring
• Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar)
• High level of accountability and ownership for results
