PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

IT Administrator is responsible for support activities in regard of all ICT (Information and Communication Technology) related matters to CFO in line with Group IT strategy.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Providing first-level support to company users;
• Installing and configuring new hardware/software;
• Managing mobile devices on a company level (including iPads, mobile and fix phone management incl. telephone asset management, SIM card management etc.);
• Preparing and maintaining operational manuals for end users;
• Participating in SeS fixed asset inventory counts as owner of the related software;
• Continuously raising employee awareness about security knowledge;
• Handling lifecycle management, replacement and configuration of faulty equipment;
• Supporting the IT team in various projects and assigned tasks;
• Reporting directly to the IT Team lead.

FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED:

• University degree in IT, engineering, or a related field;
• Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English language;
• Outstanding end-user knowledge of MS Windows 10;
• Knowledge of MS Office, preferably O365;
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, MS SCCM;
• A strong sense of IT security awareness;
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks;
• A proactive, initiative-driven and problem-solving mindset;
• Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and iOS, as well as Android mobile devices;
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure and handle complex tasks;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and collaboration with peers as well as management.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Finished IT related education, engineering or related area;
• Any IT related certificate is an advantage;
• Driving license for passenger cars.
