Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage user access, accounts, permissions, VPN, and security tools
- Troubleshoot issues related to corporate systems and business applications
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
- Coordinate with global IT teams and external vendors when necessary
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support or similar role (at least 3 years of experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of Windows environments
- Basic understanding of networking, VPNs, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience working in an international or corporate environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and collaboration platforms
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
