IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site support of computer workplaces and users of IT equipment at FALKE Serbia locations
• Responsible for remote support of computer workplaces and users at all FALKE locations and mobile workplaces
• Ensuring a high first-time resolution rate, service quality and user satisfaction
• Provision and maintenance of end devices (e. g. personal computers, workstations, printer, peripheral devices)
• Installation of workplace software
• Analysis and resolution of Level 1 incident tickets and service requests
• Supporting users with technical questions and problems
• Task documentation in the central ticket system

Requirements:

• Minimum high school education (desirable bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT field or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams and SharePoint)
• Independent working style
• People and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High service orientation
• Willingness for continuous training
• Engagement with new technologies
• Fluent in English
