What we will expect from you
- Design and continuously improve methodologies for defining, measuring, monitoring, and visualizing transformation KPIs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and actionable insights.
- Collect and track KPIs for Transformation/Consolidation initiatives.
- Participate in the definition and establishment of the program governance process.
- Maintain an up-to-date overview of transformation roadmaps, key milestones, dependencies, and overall program progress.
- Facilitate and support governance activities related to scope change for transformation and consolidation initiatives.
- Understand project scopes, key deliveries, dependencies, and roles of involved team members and stakeholders in order to assess impact on the overall transformation program.
- Understand cross-project dependencies and identify potential impacts of delays, risks, or changes on the broader transformation portfolio.
- Prepare data-driven insights, impact assessments, and materials to support program-level decision-making processes.
- Ensure consistent application of transformation governance standards, methodologies, and best practices across all initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of company stakeholders to ensure program alignment and transparency.
- Promote and ensure consistent usage of relevant tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, EAM and others for program visibility, documentation, and data quality.
For a good start, you will need
- University degree in IT, Technology or Telecommunications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and monitoring IT transformation projects within complex organizational environments
- Experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including managing interdependencies between multiple initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet a deadline
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
