Junior Business Associate

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual who is eager to start their career in a dynamic business environment and gain a broad understanding of how a company operates.

This position is designed as a developmental role. During the first 6 months, the selected candidate will rotate through different departments with the objective of gaining insight into key business processes, ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration within the company. After this period, the role will be further defined in line with the candidate’s interests, performance, and business needs.

Job Description:

• Participation in the work of various departments through structured rotations
• Providing support to teams in daily operational and project-related tasks
• Analysis of business data and preparation of reports
• Collaboration with colleagues from different functions and understanding process interdependencies
• Active learning about the company’s business and proposing improvements
• Taking responsibility for smaller projects with mentoring support

Requirements:

• Education: Final-year students or candidates with completed Bachelor’s or Master’s academic studies
• Experience acquired through involvement in student organizations, student-led projects, or the non-profit sector during academic studies will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced knowledge of the English language
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different working environments
• Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills
• Well-developed communication skills and team-oriented attitude
