Junior Financial Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Specialist to join our team in Belgrade.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze multiple datasets, performing daily reconciliations;
• Reconcile bank statements and actively monitor cash flow;
• Support the preparation of daily profit and loss (P&L) reports;
• Collaborate regularly with international banks and business clients;
• Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  transactions;
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes;
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory);
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience, ideally within the iGaming and/or fintech sectors;
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused;
• Strong team player, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
