Junior Internal Auditor

About the job

This role plays a critical part in strengthening our governance framework, improving internal controls, and supporting business leaders across multiple regions. You will work in a diverse, international environment, partnering closely with finance, operations, IT, technical experts, compliance, and senior leadership to ensure risks are identified, managed, and mitigated effectively.

What will your role be?

• Conduct internal end-to-end audit engagements to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems and operational processes
• Participate in performing risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies
• Taking part in creating audit findings/conclusions, audit reports and proposals to enhance operational efficiency
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide practical, value-adding recommendations
• Applying the latest industry regulations, internal audit standards and best practices in internal auditing to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal control systems

What will help you succeed?

• University degree, preferably in Organizational Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong command of English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the data and information they are accessing
• Proficient Excel skills required, with working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
