Currently, we are looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist to join our office in Belgrade!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supporting the preparation and archiving of import documentation
• Assisting in communication with freight forwarders and coordination of import processes
• Supporting export activities and local distribution of goods and equipment
• Monitoring deliveries and ensuring timely transfers to stores
• Assisting in resolving delivery discrepancies and shipment issues
• Keeping records of deliveries, costs, storage and warehouse inventory
• Supporting the preparation of reports (stock levels, packaging waste, etc.)
• Using internal logistics and inventory systems with guidance from the team
• Cooperating with central logistics, sales, investments and IT departments
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of previous experience
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
