Job title: Paid Digital Marketing Executive
Office location: Serbia with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
About the role and the Team:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Paid digital marketing executive to join our in-house paid digital marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to learn, grow and gain hands-on experience across paid digital channels. In this full-time role, you will support the day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns, working closely with senior team members. You will contribute to improving performance and efficiency across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Bing, while developing a strong foundation in paid media strategy, analytics, and best practice.
What will you be doing?
- Platform Management & Optimization: Support the setup, monitoring and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search & Display), and Bing Ads.
- Performance & Efficiency Driving: Proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency and performance uplift in all paid digital channels, implementing best practices and innovative strategies
- Learning & Development: Learn platform features, ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options through hands-on execution.
- Process Support: Follow and help maintain established processes for campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), helping turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Budget Tracking: Assist with budget monitoring and spending pacing under the supervision of senior team members.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing teams, creative teams, product teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes, actively seeking out and testing new approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
What we are looking for:
- Basic knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- 2-3 years of experience in paid digital marketing
- Intermediate knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Understanding of core paid media concepts such as, ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Interests in data analysis and performance-driven marketing.
- Willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Good organizational and communications skills
