Role Overview
The Junior Sales Representative will support outbound and inbound sales efforts, acting as the engine behind pipeline generation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in B2B fintech sales and learn directly from leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with outbound sales campaigns:
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn messaging
- CRM follow-ups - Qualify inbound leads and book meetings
- Manage follow-ups post-demo or discovery calls
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
- Research prospects (brokers, educators, firms, influencers)
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for calls and demos
Ideal Candidate
- 0–2 years experience in sales, SDR, or business development
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized and comfortable with repetition and follow-ups
- Curious about prop trading, fintech, or financial markets
- Coachable and motivated to grow into a closing role
