What You Will Do:
- Support and participate in aluminium welding processes (MIG, Laser, FSW)
- Help monitor welding quality and ensure stable, safe production processes
- Assist in optimizing welding parameters to improve productivity, cycle time, and equipment efficiency
- Take part in troubleshooting and solving welding-related issues on the production floor
- Support continuous improvement projects within the welding area
- Track, analyze, and document basic welding process and debugging data
- Help create and update welding process documentation and work instructions
Who We’re Looking For:
- Students, graduates, or young professionals in welding, mechanical, production, or manufacturing engineering
- Strong interest in aluminium welding, robotics, and automation
- Basic experience or academic exposure to MIG, Laser, or FSW welding is a plus
- Motivation to learn robot systems (KUKA experience is a plus, but not required — we train!)
- Good English communication skills
- Positive, open-minded attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to work on-site and learn directly on the production floor
