What You Will Do:

• Support and participate in aluminium welding processes (MIG, Laser, FSW)
• Help monitor welding quality and ensure stable, safe production processes
• Assist in optimizing welding parameters to improve productivity, cycle time, and equipment efficiency
• Take part in troubleshooting and solving welding-related issues on the production floor
• Support continuous improvement projects within the welding area
• Track, analyze, and document basic welding process and debugging data
• Help create and update welding process documentation and work instructions

Who We’re Looking For:

• Students, graduates, or young professionals in welding, mechanical, production, or manufacturing engineering
• Strong interest in aluminium welding, robotics, and automation
• Basic experience or academic exposure to MIG, Laser, or FSW welding is a plus
• Motivation to learn robot systems (KUKA experience is a plus, but not required — we train!)
• Good English communication skills
• Positive, open-minded attitude and team spirit
• Willingness to work on-site and learn directly on the production floor
