For our office in Belgrade we are looking for:

Key Account Manager

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers to maximize sales opportunities. 
  • Works in a cross functional team to develop business plans for the customers of his/her responsibility. 
  • Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and provides insights according to current market trends. 
  • Maximizes sales achievement through account relationship management creating value for both sides (customer and company). 
  • Analyze and understand the market trends, dynamics and opportunities to grow through new channels/customers.  
  • Coordinates effectively with many of the company’s functions (Field Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Shopper Marketing and Marketing) to provide the best possible service required to customers and business needs. 
  • Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics / business administration / marketing, or any equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office package.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within FMCG sector.
