What we will expect from you:
- Drafting decisions on rate plans, pricing and other general legal acts
- Review of simpler and standard lease agreements, information confidentiality agreements, business cooperation agreements and other similar contracts
- Preparation of criminal charges and documentation for the prosecution and court
- Providing legal support in communication with customers, resolving complaints and other activities in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Electronic Communications
- Research and analysis of regulations to provide legal advice and support in all and key areas of business
- Preparation of formal letters and submissions in court, administrative and / or inspection procedures
For a good start, you should have:
- University degree in legal area – Faculty of Law, or final year on university
- Fluent in English
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Positive attitude, affirmative and motivated by solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to adapt the boardwalk
- Willing to learn and develop
