KICKSTART - Legal Internship

What we will expect from you:

• Drafting decisions on rate plans, pricing and other general legal acts
• Review of simpler and standard lease agreements, information confidentiality agreements, business cooperation agreements and other similar contracts
• Preparation of criminal charges and documentation for the prosecution and court
• Providing legal support in communication with customers, resolving complaints and other activities in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Electronic Communications
• Research and analysis of regulations to provide legal advice and support in all and key areas of business
• Preparation of formal letters and submissions in court, administrative and / or inspection procedures

For a good start, you should have:

• University degree in legal area – Faculty of Law, or final year on university
• Fluent in English
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Positive attitude, affirmative and motivated by solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to adapt the boardwalk
• Willing to learn and develop
