Opis posla
I. Računovodstveni poslovi
- Vođenje i koordinacija kompletnog računovodstvenog procesa za lokalno područje, u skladu sa važećim računovodstvenim standardima i internim finansijskim procedurama kompanije
- Blagovremeno i tačno knjiženje računovodstvenih isprava
- Sistematsko sređivanje, arhiviranje i čuvanje računovodstvene dokumentacije (knjigovodstvene isprave, poslovne knjige, finansijski izveštaji i ostala finansijska arhiva), uz obezbeđivanje potpune sledljivosti i integriteta podataka
- Organizovanje periodičnih i vanrednih popisa osnovnih sredstava i zaliha
- Usklađivanje knjigovodstvenog i stvarnog stanja imovine, izrada izveštaja o popisu i praćenje korektivnih mera u slučaju utvrđenih razlika
- Sveobuhvatno upravljanje tekućim računima, potraživanjima i obavezama
- Periodično usaglašavanje salda sa poslovnim partnerima
- Aktivno praćenje naplate potraživanja i izmirenja obaveza, uz obezbeđivanje zakonitosti i kontrole novčanih tokova
II. Poreski poslovi
- Poznavanje i primena važećih lokalnih poreskih propisa i fiskalne regulative
- Priprema i podnošenje poreskih prijava i plaćanje lokalnih poreza u propisanim rokovima
- Upravljanje kompletnim procesom fakturisanja (zahtevi, izdavanje, provera, arhiviranje i storniranje faktura)
- Kontrola pravilne upotrebe faktura i prevencija poreskih rizika
- Saradnja sa poreskim organima tokom kontrola i inspekcija
- Priprema i blagovremeno dostavljanje poreske dokumentacije i učešće u rešavanju poreskih pitanja
III. Finansijska koordinacija i revizija
- Pružanje tačnih i pouzdanih finansijskih podataka drugim sektorima u cilju kontrole troškova i realizacije budžeta
- Saradnja sa finansijskim sektorom centrale tokom revizija, posebnih provera i kontrola
- Priprema i dostavljanje kompletne lokalne finansijske dokumentacije
- Učešće u razjašnjavanju revizorskih nalaza i praćenje sprovođenja korektivnih mera
IV. Ostali poslovi
- Izvršavanje drugih privremenih i dodatnih finansijskih zadataka po nalogu finansijskog rukovodioca i kontakt osobe iz centrale
- Kontinuirano praćenje novih fiskalnih i poreskih propisa
- Pravovremeno informisanje projektnih sektora o relevantnim promenama i obezbeđivanje usklađenosti poslovanja sa važećim propisima
Kvalifikacije i uslovi:
- SSS ili VSS ekonomskog usmerenja ili slično
- Minimum 3–5 godina relevantnog radnog iskustva na računovodstvenim poslovima
- Odlično poznavanje rada na računaru i u računovodstvenim softverima (prednost: iskustvo u radu u AB Soft – softver za knjiženje)
- Napredno poznavanje MS Office paketa
- Poznavanje domaćih zakonskih propisa i računovodstvenih standarda
- Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika
- Izražene organizacione i komunikacione veštine
- Visok nivo odgovornosti, preciznosti i profesionalne etike

Job Description
I. Accounting Processing Work
- Take the lead in accounting activities for the local project area in full compliance with applicable accounting standards and the company’s financial management system
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting vouchers
- Organize, file, archive, and maintain accounting vouchers, accounting books, financial statements, and other financial documentation in a standardized manner, ensuring integrity and traceability of financial records
- Organize periodic and special inventories of fixed assets and inventories in accordance with the established schedule
- Reconcile accounting records with actual asset status, prepare inventory reports, and follow up on verification, analysis, and correction of inventory discrepancies
- Overall management of local current accounts, including systematic monitoring of accounts receivable and payable
- Perform periodic account reconciliation with business partners
- Actively follow up on receivables collection and settlement of liabilities, ensuring that all financial transactions are compliant, controlled, and transparent
II. Tax-related Work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of local tax regulations and fiscal policies
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and ensure timely payment of all applicable local taxes
- Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including invoice application, issuance, verification, storage, cancellation, and archiving
- Strictly control invoice usage and proactively prevent tax-related risks
- Actively cooperate with local tax authorities during inspections and audits
- Prepare and submit required tax documentation accurately and on time, and assist in resolving tax-related matters
III. Financial Coordination and Audit Support
Provide accurate and reliable financial data to support cost control, budgeting, and operational decision-making
Cooperate fully with the headquarters finance department during audits, special inspections, and verification procedures
Prepare and submit complete local financial documentation as required
Assist in clarifying audit findings and follow up on corrective actions
IV. Other Duties
Perform other temporary or ad hoc financial tasks assigned by the financial supervisor and headquarters finance contact person
Continuously monitor changes in local fiscal and tax regulations
Timely collect, summarize, and communicate relevant regulatory updates to project departments
Support the implementation of new policies and ensure that company operations remain fully compliant
Qualifications & Requirements
Secondary school diploma (SSS) or Bachelor’s degree (VSS) in Economics, Accounting, or Finance or related
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting
Excellent computer skills and experience with accounting software
(Experience with AB Soft accounting software is considered an advantage)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations
Active knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and professional integrity
