Legal Officer

In Serbia, since 2004, Prohuman has been providing recruitment and selection services across all levels (from top management to entry-level positions), HR administration, payroll processing, BPO solutions, temporary staffing, as well as a range of HR consulting services.

We are looking to expand our team with a skilled Legal Officer specializing in employment law, who will provide strategic guidance on labor relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the development and implementation of HR and corporate policies for our clients. This role requires a proactive legal professional capable of balancing advisory and operational responsibilities across employment, commercial, and corporate law domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on employment law issues, including contracts, terminations, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with national labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, and other legal documents.
• Advise on and prepare commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment with company interests and risk management standards.
• Support management in corporate governance matters, including statutory compliance, company registrations, and corporate documentation.
• Represent the agency in labor disputes and collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Monitor changes in labor, commercial, and corporate legislation and advise management on the potential impact and required actions.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Law
• Proven experience in employment law or HR legal advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of national labor legislation and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide practical, actionable legal guidance
• Client-oriented mindset with professional presence and discretion
