Location: Onsite – Novi Sad, Serbia

We are a Novi Sad-based call center providing high-level dispatch and customer support for U.S.-based limousine and executive transportation companies. We are currently hiring a professional and experienced dispatcher to join our team onsite in Novi Sad.

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the U.S. limo/black car industry and hands-on experience with SantaCruz dispatch software.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and manage daily trips for drivers and affiliate partners across the U.S.
• Communicate clearly with English-speaking clients and drivers via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes, urgent trip requests, and issue resolution.
• Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely airport pickups.
• Work closely with team members to deliver top-quality, reliable service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in the U.S. limo/black car industry.
• Hands-on experience with SantaCruz Dispatch Software is required.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and stay organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer tools.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
