For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Live Casino Trainer Specialist with English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and update training programs for Game Presenters and Shufflers;
- Lead training sessions on game rules, procedures, and standards;
- Track progress of trainees and give clear, helpful feedback;
- Set and monitor KPIs to measure training results and staff growth;
- Work with Shift Managers to adjust training based on team needs;
- Build a motivating learning atmosphere that supports skill improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with professional communication skills;
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in training or coaching, ideally in a casino or iGaming setting;
- Good people skills and ability to motivate others;
- Comfortable working in a team and across different shifts;
- Positive, flexible attitude with interest in staff development.
