For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Live Casino Trainer Specialist with Turkish and English (day and night shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design strategies for boosting staff performance and establish relevant KPIs to ensure effective training outcomes;
• Inspire and support trainees, offering constructive feedback to both individuals and leadership to encourage ongoing improvement;
• Partner with Shift Managers to evaluate and address particular training needs, ensuring the content aligns with individual and team requirements;
• Develop and enhance educational materials and course layouts for Game Presenters and Shufflers, ensuring a deep understanding of game rules and processes;
• Instruct team members on detailed game procedures, creating an environment that fosters professional growth and high-level performance;
• Design and sustain training programs for both new recruits and current staff, working alongside Shift Managers to address specific training needs;
• Cultivate a positive atmosphere that encourages continuous professional growth, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Turkish with professional communication skills;
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment;
• A strong, optimistic attitude with a genuine desire for professional growth;
• Willingness to work different shifts in a 24/7 on schedule;
• Patience and enthusiasm for coaching, committed to motivating and developing others;
• Experience in iGaming or traditional casino settings is advantageous.
