Logistic Manager Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a skilled Logistic Manager Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate is proficiency in Chinese, English and Serbian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the PMC Manager in implementing monthly, weekly, and daily production and material requirement plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Assist to track production progress in real time and help coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and quality control departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Help maintain safety stock levels and monitor inventory turnover of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Assist to follow up on material delivery schedules and handle exceptions with the procurement team.
• Support the PMC Manager in organizing meetings and resolving issues on the production line.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including 6S management and ensuring ERP data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis as required by the PMC Manager.
• Translate documents and provide interpretation for internal meetings when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the PMC Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical, Automation, or related technical fields, are preferable. 
• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Serbian.
• Strong communication and learning ability.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
