Job title: Logistic manager (m/w/d)

Location: Čačak, Serbia

Job Description:

Responsible for managing all logistics processes within the company – from receiving materials, managing inventory, internal and external flows, to dispatching finished products and customs procedures.

Coordinates the logistics team's work and collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate supply to production and delivery to end customers.

• Organize, plan, and oversee all logistics processes within the company.
• Manage teams for receiving, storage, internal logistics, planning, dispatch, and customs.
• Monitor and optimize the movement of materials and products to support continuous production flow.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate data in the SAP system.
• Plan and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, quality, and maintenance departments.
• Supervise the preparation and accuracy of supporting documentation (receiving, dispatch, customs).
• Manage customs procedures in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and projects.
• Introduce and control logistics rules (e.g., FIFO, JIT, JIS) in daily operations.
• Monitor KPIs of the department, report, and suggest corrective measures.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Higher education in logistics, management, economics, or technical sciences.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP system and MS Office package.
• Familiarity with logistics concepts (JIT, JIS, FIFO, Kanban, VDA protocols).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage a team.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
